We had a wonderful stay at a great place with excellent value for money. The room was spacious and comfortable, exceeding our expectations. The location was perfect, close to all the places we wanted to visit. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. We didn't need breakfast or a restaurant in the hotel, but there were plenty of options nearby. we highly recommend Apart Hotel Kvartira 1 for its convenient location, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff.

The room we stayed in was amazing! It had a fully equipped kitchenette and a washing machine, which made our stay so convenient. As someone who likes to cook their own meals and pack light, this was perfect for me.
The only downside for me was the minibar in the air-conditioned room. Personally, I prefer to have more space in the fridge for my own groceries.

The hotel has a great location, right in the city center, making it convenient to explore the area. The rooms are modern and spacious, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. Plus, the hotel offers a delicious breakfast, delivered straight to your room at your requested time.
The service at the hotel was very poor. The staff was not helpful and often rude, making us feel unwelcome.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right in the center of the city near the Afina shopping center. This meant that we were very close to shops and other amenities. the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to assist with any requests. The room was clean and comfortable, with excellent facilities such as a comfortable bed and a well-maintained bathroom. our stay was enjoyable and convenient.
One of the rooms had a persistent smell of lacquer or wax, which made it quite unpleasant to stay in.
